Using prescriptive drugs to control the effects of behavioral health symptoms

Many behavioral health disorders are treated with a combination of therapy and medication. Therapy addresses the psychosocial factors that contribute to the disorder while medications act on the brain and the nervous system by rebalancing brain chemicals related to things like aggressiveness, moods, restlessness, cravings, and more. Every individual’s symptoms are unique and their response to medications varies. For this reason, we offer medication management services. With this, we determine the effectiveness of a medication for a client and create changes on doses and prescriptions when necessary. We also conduct regular check-ups to ensure that the client takes their medications as directed.
